Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, you can contact support@staliathebrand.com.

When your exchange is accepted, you will send back the item in re-sellable condition. 

Once received, store credit will be issued to you so that you may place a new order.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Absolutely no refunds on pre-orders.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@staliathebrand.com.

Cancellations

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, preorders, cancellations, etc.

All orders require 4-6 weeks for processing.

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame.  Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only.

Overnight option to a PO BOX takes up to 2 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday).

Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

International Orders 

International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via USPS. International shipping costs on this website DO NOT cover tariff charges by your home country.  Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site. 

Stalia reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply, and delivery times may vary.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
